If you believe your bike issue is covered under our warranty programme, please get in touch using the form below.
Include as much detail as possible—such as when the issue began, how it affects your riding experience, and any unusual sounds or symptoms you've noticed. We may follow up with additional questions to better understand the problem.
Once we've identified the likely cause and confirmed it's covered by the warranty, we’ll either send you a replacement part (you'll only need to cover the postage), or ask you to return the part or bike to us for repair (return shipping is at your cost).

WARRANTY PERIODS:
- Components - 1 year. This warranty does not apply to parts subject to regular wear and tear—such as tyres, chains, brakes, cables, cassettes, and derailleurs—unless the issue is due to a manufacturing or assembly defect.
- Motor, battery and other electronic equipment - 2 years
- Frame - 3 years
