This policy is valid for 30 days from delivery of your purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- The 30 day return period is provided so that you can examine your purchase in the same way you would do in a shop. To be eligible to return your item for a full refund, your item must be in its original packaging (unless delivered via our white glove delivery service), UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it. Â

If the item you have purchased has faults, is damaged when you receive it, does not match the description provided at the time of purchase, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of accepting delivery to inform us of the fault, damage or error, and to arrange for a refund, repair or replacement.  In these circumstances, we will arrange and pay for the return of the item. Please advise us in advance if you are unable to inspect your item within 24 hours of receiving it. Â
- Unless the item is being returned to us under clause 4 above, the customer will be required to pay to ship the item back to us. The shipping can be arranged by us for a fee of £75. If a customer is arranging the return of an item, they may want to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance (we don’t guarantee that we will receive a returned item). In some circumstances it may be possible for the customer to return an item by hand delivering it to one of the bike shops listed on our Dealers webpage – please contact us to discuss.
- When repacking an item in its original packaging, the customer is responsible for ensuring it is packed in such a way that it can be returned to us via courier without damage. Upon its return to us, any damages to the item that have not already been reported will be chargeable to the customer.Â

When requesting to return / exchange an item, please contact us and we will provide you with return address details. Returns will only be accepted with proof of purchase. If you are requesting a return or exchange due to damages or faults when you receive your item, please also provide photos of the defects and any signs of damages to the packaging.Â
- Once we receive your returned item we will inspect it and contact you to confirm if the refund has been approved. The money will then be refunded into your account, less the cost of the return shipping fee (where applicable). It may take up to 14 Calendar Days for the funds to clear your account. Please contact us if they have not arrived into your bank account within this timeframe.
- In some circumstances (eg when a bike is returned to us with obvious signs of use, or damage / missing parts not due to an error by us) a partial refund may be granted.
